As always, our highest priority is the safety and security of our guests and staff. For that we have been closely monitoring the updates from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Greek Ministry of Health, and the Greek Ministry of Tourism, as well as the Greek government’s guidelines regarding the protection from the covid-19. Also, on a daily basis, we are working hard to ensure that our villas meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning by following all the rules and we are in compliance with the official hygiene & safety protocols issued by the Greek Authorities.
Please take a few moments and read carefully the below measures and instructions:
√ Cleaning Protocols & Products / Housekeeping
We use cleaning products and hygiene protocols of the highest international standards.
Our specially trained housekeeping staff will be thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting your room, with a particular focus on high-touch items, before your arrival with the use of disinfecting products, a vapor steam cleaner for any fabrics, before airing it, to ensure that you have a comfortable and care free stay.
Decorative fabrics, hotel folders and similar stuff have been removed from our rooms for safety reasons
Housekeeping will however be less frequent during your stay and linen and towels only changed upon your request, in order to eliminate contact as much as possible, for you and your company’s safety. We advise our guests to inform us how often or when they wish us to arrange their room cleaned.
This year, the villas will be empty for at least 24 hours between stays. We want to ensure that each villa is thoroughly disinfected between stays, and that the space is adequately ventilated.
Safety and sanitizing equipment can be found in every room.
Our textiles and towels are washed over 70o and treated according to safety protocols.
Pool & public areas
We have redesign our common areas and all chairs, sunbeds & tables will be placed observing social distancing standards. In addition, all items used by our guests will be disinfected after every use.
Our main pool is also chlorinated daily and fresh pool towels will be provided for each guest. Please mind that, according to the instructions, in our pool it will be allowed up to 5 swimmers on the same time. Guest can use the pool from 10am to 09pm. Use the pool and the hot tubs properly. Please don’t throw anything that could damage the equipment (e.g. oil, shampoo).
Sanitizer gel will be available in all public areas
√ Check in – Check out
Check in will be facilitated online after a warm welcome by our team and check out will take place at our lovely outdoor area, with minimal effort and contact. It is likely that any accounts, invoices or receipts will be sent to you via email.
Our check in time has been adjusted to 15.00 and check out time to 11.00.
√ Hotel Visitors
Villas and pool area will be for guest-use only. No visitors permitted.
√ About health & Safety protocols for our staff
Our staff has been trained - according to their duties - in COVID 19 protection and prevention, appropriate use of Personal protective equipment, and implementation of emergency action plans.
Daily screening – staff will undergo in daily temperature measurement (no record is kept for personal data protection purpose).
All hotel employees have access to the equipment needed to do their work with maximum health guarantees.
Equipment required for suppliers – all suppliers accessing the hotel must follow the required safety measures.
√ Medical Support
In the case that you feel ill, we do have a doctor on call. We are also in contact with the local hospital of Santorini, where Covid-19 testing can be carried out if deemed necessary.

√ Record of staff members and guests
For the purpose of public health protection, we keep a record of staff members and all guests staying at the Hotel including their name, nationality, date of arrival and departure, contact details (address, telephone, e-mail), to enable contact tracing of any close contacts of COVID-19 cases, which may be subsequently identified. The hotel, also, records and updates an event log book COVID-19. These records are kept for the protection of public health, with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR) and national law 4624/2019.

Furthermore, we will be more than pleased to assist you with the arrangement of excursions, airline/boat tickets reservation and confirmation, hotel or restaurant reservations, sailing trips or car rental or any advice you may require. We are reachable 24 hours/day to ensure your privacy and to assist you for any additional requirements you may have. Please be kind enough to settle your bill from the previous day (until 9 pm), especially in case of an early morning departure, in order to avoid any last minute, unexpected delays.
